Overview
CLE Complete 2026 ("CLE Complete", "the app", "we", or "us") is an independent educational study tool for Android package com.clecomplete.app. The app does not require an account, and we do not operate a developer-controlled server that receives your answers or study history.
Information stored on your device
The app stores question attempts, answers, scores, bookmarks, review schedules, mock-exam and printable-test records, preferences, optional reminder settings, Study Points, reward history, pet progress, cosmetic ownership, and purchase-entitlement status in its local database. This information provides review, progress, personalization, and restoration features.
The database is excluded from Android cloud backup and device transfer rules. You can erase local information through the in-app reset, by clearing app storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.
Optional rewarded advertising
CLE Complete uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to offer optional rewarded ads. Core questions and study features remain usable without watching an ad. When advertising is configured and permitted by the applicable consent choice, the SDK may request or preload an ad.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share an IP address that can estimate approximate location, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers including the Android advertising ID where available. Google describes the purposes as advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This information is encrypted in transit.
Google and its advertising partners process this information under Google's Privacy Policy. Where required, the app requests advertising consent and provides an in-app entry point for available ad privacy choices.
Optional Google Play purchases
The app offers permanent cosmetic theme and pet collections as optional Google Play non-consumable one-time products. Google Play processes payment credentials; CLE Complete does not receive card or bank-account details.
The app receives product identifiers, price and availability information, purchase state, and purchase tokens or related status needed to unlock, acknowledge, and restore purchases. Entitlements are also recorded locally. Google Play controls payment authorization, receipts, taxes, cancellations, and refunds.
Study Points are not sold. Purchases and ad rewards unlock cosmetic content only and do not provide answers, scores, question access, or an examination advantage.
Optional notifications
Daily study reminders are disabled unless you enable them. If enabled, the app requests Android notification permission and schedules reminders on your device. You can disable reminders in the app or Android system settings.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell your personal information or study history, and we do not share your local study database with advertisers. Google may collect or share the limited advertising and purchase-service information described above when those services are initialized or used.
Security and retention
Local study information remains on the device until you reset it, clear app storage, or uninstall. Network information handled by Google services is protected according to Google's security practices. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
CLE Complete is intended for licensure-examination candidates and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly operate an account service that collects personal information from children.
Your choices
- Use the reviewer without watching optional rewarded ads.
- Use the app's Ad privacy options entry when available.
- Reset or delete the Android advertising ID through Android settings.
- Decline or restore optional Google Play purchases.
- Disable notifications in the app or Android settings.
- Erase local data through the in-app reset, Android storage settings, or uninstall.
Independent status
CLE Complete is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Professional Regulation Commission, the Board of Criminology, or any government entity. Questions are independently authored from publicly available laws, rules, standards, syllabi, and examination competencies. The app does not guarantee examination results.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
