Acceptance
These terms apply to CLE Complete 2026 (com.clecomplete.app). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Educational service and independent status
CLE Complete is an independent study aid for the Philippine Criminology Licensure Examination. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Professional Regulation Commission, the Board of Criminology, or any government entity.
Questions are independently authored from public laws, rules, professional standards, syllabi, and examination competencies. The app does not claim official, actual, recalled, leaked, reconstructed, copied, confidential, guaranteed, or previously administered examination questions. Scores and study signals are not a prediction or guarantee of exam results.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the app only for lawful personal study. Do not manipulate purchases or advertising rewards, interfere with the app, extract or redistribute its question bank, or market its content as official examination material. Original question wording, explanations, software, and visual layouts may not be copied, distributed, or sold without permission. Public-source materials remain attributable to their respective sources and rights holders.
Local data and optional services
Study records and cosmetic progress are stored locally and can be erased through the in-app reset, Android storage settings, or uninstall. Optional rewarded ads use Google Mobile Ads. Optional permanent cosmetic collections use Google Play Billing. Google's services may process advertising, device, consent, product, and purchase information under Google's policies.
Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional. Declining, skipping, or being unable to load an ad does not block core study features. A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK reports completion. Rewards and Study Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the app.
One-time cosmetic purchases
Theme and pet collections are optional non-consumable Google Play products. Prices and taxes are displayed by Google Play before purchase. A completed purchase permanently unlocks the listed cosmetics and can be restored using the purchasing Play account. Existing included cosmetics convert to the compensation shown in the Shop.
Google Play controls payment authorization, receipts, refunds, and transaction availability. Purchases do not grant questions, answers, scores, or exam advantages. CLE Complete does not accept donations or tips and does not sell Study Points.
Availability and limitation of liability
The app is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular examination outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for examination results, unavailable third-party services, delayed purchase processing, loss of locally stored progress, or device-specific problems.
Changes and contact
These terms may change when the app, its authorities, third-party services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
