By downloading, installing, or using NLE Reviewer: Complete (package com.nlecomplete.nle_brain_test), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the application.
2. Purpose & Educational Disclaimer
NLE Reviewer: Complete is an independent study and examination preparation tool intended for candidates of the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE). The questions, explanations, clinical rationales, drug calculation formulas, and mock exam simulations are designed for review and practice purposes only.
Official Agency Disclaimer: NLE Reviewer: Complete is independently developed and published. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing (PRBON), or any government department or agency. Mock scores, percentiles, and practice results do not guarantee performance or passing in the actual licensure examination.
3. 100% Offline Access & Data Ownership
The application is designed to be fully functional without an internet connection. All study drafts, bookmarks, wrong-answer reviews, custom quiz settings, and companion pet data are stored directly on your personal device. You remain in full ownership and control of your local data. We do not store, monitor, or synchronize your private answers on any remote server.
4. Merit Coins, Study Pets, & In-App Purchases
The application includes an in-app reward system featuring Merit Coins, Food Points, and virtual study pets:
- Merit Coins and Food Points are virtual items earned through study engagement, quiz completion, and optional rewarded ads. They hold zero cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money.
- Optional cosmetic packages or supporter tips may be offered via Google Play Billing. Transactions are managed by Google Play according to its terms.
- In-app purchases and unlocked cosmetics provide no academic advantage, answer leaks, or examination passing shortcuts. All core educational content remains completely free and accessible without making purchases.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All application code, original question phrasing, explanations, UI graphics, and pet illustrations are the intellectual property of MonsterHammer. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, scrape, or extract question banks from the application for commercial redistribution or competitive services.
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. MonsterHammer shall not be held liable for any damages, errors, interruptions, clinical decisions, or examination outcomes resulting from the use or inability to use this reviewer.
7. Changes to Terms
We may periodically update these Terms of Service to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material updates will be indicated by revising the effective date at the top of this document.
