Acceptance
These terms apply to CSE Reviewer Complete (com.csecomplete.app). The public leaderboard requires separate affirmative acceptance before a username can be published. If you do not accept its rules, you may continue using every offline study feature.
Independent educational service
The app is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Civil Service Commission or any government entity. Its content is not official examination material, and scores do not predict or guarantee examination results.
Public leaderboard rules
Leaderboard usernames are public user-generated content. You must not submit:
- real names, phone numbers, email addresses, links, or other personal/contact information;
- profanity, hate, sexual content, threats, harassment, or discriminatory language;
- impersonation of the developer, government, moderators, support staff, or another person;
- spam, advertising, scams, illegal content, or attempts to evade filters and moderation.
Usernames must be unique without regard to capitalization. You may report or locally block another entry. Two distinct reports automatically hide a username pending developer review. The developer may restore, hide, or remove entries and related anonymous identities where appropriate.
Fair use and leaderboard integrity
Do not manipulate local records, network requests, anonymous identities, purchases, ads, reports, or ranking submissions. Leaderboard snapshots are provided for friendly study comparison and may be removed when abuse or implausible manipulation is detected.
Merit Coins, ads, and purchases
Merit Coins have no cash value. Rewarded ads are optional and grant rewards only after the ad SDK confirms completion. Cosmetic bundles and support tips use Google Play Billing. Every cosmetic remains earnable through Merit Coins or study progression, and purchases never provide answers, scores, or examination advantage.
Deletion and privacy
Use Settings → Rankings & privacy → Delete my leaderboard identity to remove your ranking and anonymous server identity. See the Privacy Policy and external deletion instructions.
